Surface Design for Development Projects
I provide custom tile, mosaic and textured surface installations for residential and commercial development projects. My work adds material depth, durability, and visual distinction to interiors without disrupting construction schedules.
I specialize in finishes using plaster, lime, silica, stone, slate, marble, basalt, sand, crystals, and reclaimed natural materials. These surfaces are designed for longevity and visual impact in both wet and dry environments when installed on properly prepared substrates.
Where My Work Fits in the Build
I typically join projects:
After framing and waterproofing are complete
Once drywall or cement board is installed and ready for finish work
During renovation phases where surface upgrades create value without full rebuilds
I coordinate directly with project managers, site supervisors, and licensed contractors.
Wet & High-Moisture Applications
Bathrooms, showers, steam rooms, and spa environments, installed over existing waterproofed systems prepared by the build team.
Dry Interior Applications
Feature walls, lobbies, stairwells, corridors, and unit interiors using sheetrock, plaster, or wood substrates.
Light-Conscious Design
Surface texture and aggregate selection are designed with lighting conditions in mind to ensure materials read correctly under both natural and installed light.
